Pocket NDA may require an email address or mobile phone number to communicate with you. If you give Pocket NDA an e-mail address, it will be stored in Pocket NDA's computer system. If you provide Pocket NDA with a mobile phone number to which you’d like informational text messages sent, it will be stored in Pocket NDA’s computer system. Email addresses and telephone numbers will be used for communication purposes only. Charges associated with text messaging are the sole responsibility of the user.
Third Party Offers
As a valued added service provided by
Pocket NDA, certain advertisements or third party offers may be
included in email communications or on this web site. To more
specifically target your needs, we may pass on general demographic
information to our partners. No personal information will be passed

Some of the information you provide Pocket NDA
will be published as a service to your signing parties. Some
information will be kept confidential like email addresses and
telephone numbers unless you publish them yourself. We will not
share your personal information with any third party without your
permission.
Pocket NDA, may maintain a record of any
correspondence with you. Pocket NDA can use that information to
reply to emails. Pocket NDA can collect and analyze information
it collects on this site in aggregate or statistical measures.
Your Credit Card Information
Pocket NDA does not store the credit card information you provide, which helps protect your
sensitive information from identity theft. Pocket NDA must ask one or more third party companies to
process your credit card transaction. Pocket NDA provides your credit card information to a credit
card processing company using the strongest available electronic encryption methods. That
processor completes your transaction, and will then charge your credit card. The risk
involved is no worse than what you would expect at any retail establishment. If this is not
acceptable, consider paying via check or money order. You can also consider purchasing a
prepaid Visa/MC from a retail location.
As another layer of protection, our processor is certified as
compliant with card association security initiatives, like the Visa Cardholder Information
Security and Compliance (CISP), MasterCard® (SDP), and Discovery Information
Security and Compliance (DISC).
Refunds
We will give you a refund if we stop providing our Services to you for a reason that's not specified in these Terms. You will not be entitled to a refund from us under any other circumstance. If you attempt to dispute or cancel the charge, we will pursue you for the amount you owe us. You agree that any dispute between us will be resolved in the Superior Courts of Ventura County, California, which shall have jurisdiction, providing that the court selected shall have jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action and of the Parties. You agree that such courts shall have personal jurisdiction over you, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. You will also be liable for the value of our administrative time involved to collect the money you owe us. We reserve the right to report those who attempt to reverse the charges to the credit bureaus.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our
Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we
may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time,
although we'll be sorry to see you go. Pocket NDA may also stop
providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our
Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving
your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service,
where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance
notice and an opportunity to get information out of that Service.
No Warranties
Use Pocket NDA's web site at your own risk.
Although we strive to fix any unknown issues in a timely manner,
Pocket NDA cannot guarantee and does not represent or warrant
that its website will be error-free or virus free. As with any
computing system, you should have current, active anti-virus
software. You are responsible to assure that your computer and your
personal data is protected.
Pocket NDA makes no express or implied warranty
for the accuracy of any information on its web site, or how you use
that information. Pocket NDA provides its website and the
content on that site without any warranty as to its reliability, or
fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we
exclude all warranties. We provide the Services "as is."
Pocket NDA is not liable for any damages you or any third party
might allegedly incur due to any statement made on Pocket NDA's
website or by any of its personnel.
Business Uses of Our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Pocket NDA and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.
Right to Terminate
Pocket NDA reserves the right to terminate your service without prior warning or notice for any cause that Pocket NDA deems to be justified. This may include, but not be limited to, any acts of fraud or dishonesty, publishing of illegal or offensive content or any violation of these terms of service.
Construction
Any question of ambiguous or vague interpretation of this agreement cannot be resolved using any rule of interpretation resulting in interpretation against the drafting party to the agreement.
Terms of This Agreement Subject to Change
Pocket NDA has the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notice.
About These Terms
These terms control the relationship between Pocket NDA and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
Dispute Resolution
The laws of California, U.S.A., excluding California's conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. You agree that any dispute between Pocket NDA and you will be resolved in the Superior Courts of Ventura County, California, which shall have jurisdiction, providing that the court selected shall have jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action and of the Parties. You agree that the Superior Court of Ventura County, California will have personal jurisdiction over you, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Ventura County, California. In the case of any dispute, you will also be liable for the value of Pocket NDA's administrative cost.
